About the Survey:
Imagine that you are an official of the European Commission who must address a significant and urgent risk situation related to climate change (such as extreme heat weave, extended drought, rising sea levels, biodiversity loss, or pollution) that could have a major impact on society (affecting the availability of goods or services, public health, housing stability, or employment rates).
Your team has developed various models to assess the potential consequences of different risk mitigation strategies, but they are struggling to compile the most relevant data because there are numerous social, economic, and environmental factors to consider. In order to assist them in selecting the factors that are most important for your decision-making, they ask you to complete the following survey.
The survey includes a list of dimensions that the models can account for, and you are asked to rate the relevance of each dimension in order to prioritize the information needed to guide your decisions. While the prioritization may vary depending on the specific risk being addressed, please do your best to complete the survey with a general framework in mind.
